The Weight Watcher

Day 1 was EXTREMELY difficult. I managed to eat 24 points which equals my daily alotted points (20) and 4 activity points. Basically, you can trade exercise for more food. It is not as easy as it sounds; they make you work for those points.

Yesterday's dinner was the worst. Tim and I decided to go to Applebee's b.c I didn't feel like eating at home (when do I ever?) and they have a Weight Watchers menu. WE WERE STARVING. My food comes out and it is a 'steak' the size of my fist. Not cool when you are used eating 22 oz. I was so desparate when I was finished that I was scraping every last drop of the sauce. It was horrible.

I went home at 8:45 and fell asleep right away. Didn't wake-up until the morn. New motto: The more you sleep, the less you eat.

Today was much better. I ate half a bagel with PB which gave me more points for the rest of the day. However, Alisa was sent a Der Dutchman cinnamon roll...which...I ate 1/8 of- totally worth it. 6.5 points left for dinner (plus 2 activity points and maybe more)...but we're making pasta. Apparently, pasta (2 oz) is worth 4 points. I may have to do extra, extra running tonight.
